To request a draw, please complete and submit the form below.

Your draw request will then be routed to one of our inspectors who will contact you and verify an inspection date & time. Someone from the DFWIL team will personally visit the job-site after each draw request is received and we will make every effort to accommodate the requested property inspection date. In those rare instances DFWIL is not able to accommodate your request date, a revised inspection date will be confirmed with the borrower.

Please submit Draw Request Forms by Wednesday at 5:00pm CST. Inspections occur on Thursdays, with Funding on Fridays. Items should match Draw Schedule and be 100% completed. Call us at 214-382-2676 if you have any questions about the Draw Request Process.

Inspection and Wire Fee of $150 is deducted from every draw request.

By signing your name, you certify the above listed repairs will be completed in a workmanlike fashion prior to the referenced inspection date. I further understand that should any portion of the draw items not be completed at the time of the inspection, all or a portion of the requested funds my be withheld by DFW IL at their sole discretion. A standard inspection fee will apply. I authorize DFWIL to deduct my upcoming monthly interest payment(s) from my Repair Draw funds if this Repair Draw Funding is to occur on, or after, the 25th of the current calendar month. I authorize DFW IL to fund directly to the above referenced account.
